Making the Mission Visible: Photography and Social Media as Ministry Tools
From 2014 to 2021, I led a visual storytelling initiative that transformed how our church and affiliated outreach projects were seen, known, and experienced. We adopted an "unlimited images" approach—not just as a branding strategy, but as a spiritual invitation. Every photo captured was a window into the life of the church: worship, service, fellowship, and transformation. We didn’t just document events; we revealed the heart of the mission. This visual ministry was more than outreach—it was discipleship through design. By showing every aspect of the church, we invited people to see themselves in God’s house. Photography helped us say, “You are welcome here. You are seen. You are part of this story.”
